The Constellations We Chose

Polyamory, Ethical Non-Monogamy & Alternative Relationships

For those creating love beyond the blueprint.

There is no single right way to love. Yet creating relationships beyond conventional structures brings its own questions, complexities, and possibilities. How do we honor autonomy while cultivating emotional security? How do we navigate desire, jealousy, changing agreements, and the vulnerability of loving more than one person?

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and polycules exploring or practicing polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, open partnerships, relationship anarchy, and other forms of relational diversity.

Whether you’re newly exploring non-monogamy, navigating an established relationship structure, or questioning agreements that no longer reflect your needs, this is a space where your relationships can be explored without judgment or the expectation that they conform to a traditional blueprint.

Here, we make room for the intricate beauty and occasional heartbreak of unconventional love.

△ The Emotional Architecture of Many Loves

Non-monogamous relationships can illuminate the deepest dimensions of attachment, identity, desire, and belonging.

Jealousy may emerge alongside genuine happiness for a partner’s new connection. Freedom may coexist with the longing for reassurance. An agreement that once felt expansive may begin to reveal unspoken expectations, emotional vulnerabilities, or differences in what each person needs to feel secure.

The fear of replacement, the grief of shifting agreements, the complexities of metamour relationships, and the longing to be chosen even within freedom are all experiences worthy of curiosity and care.

Together, we explore the psychological and relational dynamics beneath these experiences, including:

  • Attachment patterns within non-monogamous relationships

  • Jealousy, insecurity, and emotional triggers

  • Negotiating agreements, boundaries, and expectations

  • Navigating differences in desire, autonomy, and attachment needs

  • Rebuilding trust after ruptures or broken agreements

  • Understanding the distinction between rupture and expansion

  • Cultivating emotional security across multiple relationships

  • Honoring individual identity without abandoning connection

Rather than treating difficult emotions as evidence that a relationship structure is failing, we explore what those emotions may be communicating about attachment, unmet needs, personal history, and the evolving relationships themselves.

△ Beyond the Relationship Blueprint

My approach draws from psychodynamic and Jungian depth psychology, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and relational exploration.

We examine not only the agreements that organize your relationships, but also the unconscious expectations, inherited beliefs, protective patterns, and internal conflicts that influence how you experience love.

Non-monogamy can bring us into profound encounters with ourselves. Questions of possessiveness, freedom, scarcity, belonging, and emotional responsibility may reveal aspects of our psychological lives that have remained largely unconscious.

For some, this exploration involves disentangling personal attachment wounds from genuine relational incompatibilities. For others, it means discovering new ways to communicate, negotiate needs, repair trust, and remain connected while honoring individual autonomy.

Our work is both psychologically exploratory and grounded in the practical realities of your relationships.

The intention is not to prescribe a particular relationship structure or determine how many people you should love. It is to cultivate greater consciousness, emotional responsibility, and authenticity within the relationships you choose.

△ Mapping Your Own Constellations

Love does not become less complex simply because we have chosen to practice it consciously.

Relationships evolve. Agreements change. New partners enter our lives, existing connections deepen or transform, and sometimes the structures we’ve created no longer accommodate the people we’re becoming.

Therapy offers space to examine these transitions without assuming that the goal must be preservation, expansion, or separation.

We can explore what remains meaningful, what needs to change, and what forms of connection genuinely support the well-being of everyone involved.

There is room here for love that is fluid, layered, unconventional, and deeply intentional.

For those creating love and family not merely in resistance to convention, but as a devotion to what feels authentic and alive.

This is therapy for those mapping their own constellations.
