Me, Myself, and I
Individual Therapy
For those seeking more than symptom relief—who feel the ache of a deeper call.
My work with individuals often begins at a crossroads: anxiety that no longer responds to surface solutions, depression that masks unlived desires, or a quiet crisis of purpose that resists being named. Many of my clients are navigating a psycho-spiritual awakening—what Jung called the individuation process—the call to become one’s whole self.
Whether you are experiencing emotional overwhelm, grief, existential questioning, creative paralysis, or a loss of meaning in your relationships or career, I offer a space where symptoms are not pathologized, but honored as messengers from the soul.
Together, we work to unearth the deeper architecture of your inner life. I draw from Jungian and depth psychological traditions, integrating psychodynamic inquiry, shadow work, and archetypal understanding with contemporary tools. We explore the language of the unconscious—dreams, symbols, body sensations, and inner imagery—alongside the structures of ego, superego, and primal drives, to create a more integrated, soulful life.
This is a process not of fixing, but of remembering—of coming into resonance with the truest version of you. The self beneath the masks. The artist within the psyche. The one who already knows.
🜂 All identities, orientations, and constellations are welcome.
I specialize in work with individuals and relationships across the spectrum of gender, sexual, cultural, and relational diversity—including monogamous, polyamorous, queer, and kink-aligned lives.
If you reside outside of Washington State, you’re still welcome to reach out. Depending on your needs, we may be able to work together under my intimacy coaching practice, Bound by Breath.
Let’s find the right doorway in.
